01. Construction of Indoor GYM in District Sports Stadium Campus in Nagapattinam District

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x21/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying and fixing of M.S. 'L' angle of size 50x50x6mm and 40x40x6mm for Roof Truss as directed by the departmental officers including cost of 'L' angle,

Supplying and fixing colour coated galvanised sheet for roofing including all labour charges for fixing neccesary bolt, nuts, screws, "J" or "U" bolts etc,

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with Kotta Stone of size 610*610*20mm with CM 1:3 20mm thick including all charges etc complete

Paving the floor with Pre Polished anti skid step tiles (like Eurocon Tiles) in all floors 20mm thick including all Labour charges for fixing etc etc complete

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required size

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 23x23x2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar,red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with CM 1:3,10mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication and supply of mild Steel Doors and Windows of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18

i. Steel Door MD 1.50 X 2.10 m

ii . Supply of window of size 1.20 x 1.30 m

iii. Supply of Ventilator of size 2.10 x 0.60 m

Colour Washing two coats with Oil Bound Distemper over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete

Plastic Emulsion Paint two coats over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete

Providing and fixing of PVC rain water down fall pipe 110mm dia with necessary T W Clamps, Plug, Shoes, bend, Screws, nails etc., complete

Provision for Electrical Arrangements etc complete

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq mm (22/0/3) PVC insulated Sc. Unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100 V. Grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe consealed on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3 mm thick hylum sheet cover with T.W. switch box and 5 A F.T switch making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC consealed light/Fan Point. SD No. 26.

Supply and fixing of Single Box type 4'40W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round Block on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminal to the fitting (SD 88)

Supply and fixing of Single Box type 4'40W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with Conduit pipe suspended from ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminal to the fitting (SD 91)

Supplying and fixing 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan with stepped regulator 300W regulator with 300m down rod on the existing clamp. SD No. 110.

Supply and fixing of WT Bulk head fitting with guard (Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/K,lite) suitable for incandescent lamp with 60 W bulb. SD No. 84

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq mm (22/0/3) PVC insulated Sc. Unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100 V. Grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113 mm T.W. switch box for 15Amps 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connetion of 14 SWG TC wire for PVC plug point. Wiring with 2x4 sq mm (56/0/3) PVC insulated Sc. Unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100 V. Grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113 mm T.W. switch box for 15Amps 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connetion of 14 SWG TC wire for PVC Power plug point. Supply and fixing of 32 Amps DP switch with metal clad of 500V with fuse and neutral (side handle) on suitable TW box with PWD earthing. (SD No.143)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32 A Three phase service connection with 3 Nos of 32 A fuse (500 V) 32 A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 600 mm x 450 mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire EB meter to fuse unit. 02. Providing Internal Arrangements( Rubber Matt Flooring, Wall Pannelling , False Ceiling ) for Indoor GYM in District Sports Stadium Campus in Nagapattinam District

Paving the floor with EPDM Rubber Matt of 20mm thick of approved colour and patten including all Labour charges for fixing ,conveyance charges etc complete

Providing wall pannaeling using one side teak sheet with melamine Polishing with following specification.The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm X 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horiozontaly and vertically in Position with wall at interrval of 0.60m in both the directions , fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws.one side teak wood sheet of 3.50mm thick will be fixed over plywood using fevicol and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the departmental officers.The design pattern ,water proof plywood ,OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc complete

Supplying and fabricating and erecting Hilux or equilalent type board false ceiling Upto ceiling height of 4.50m from Floor Level etc complete (Using Hilux Board Plain Sheets -10mm Thick)
