Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone agreegate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foudation and plinth including all taxes, GST, carriage of material, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 60mm (sixtry millimetre) thick inter locking blocks heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-40 (M- Forty) grade including border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks including curing rubbing and polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .
