S&F electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litter, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring (concealed) with two single core 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonry work to make good including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 2.5 sqmm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PVC Connections of 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CP Bib tap cast copper alloy/brass fancy type of size 15mm bore with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipeor for brass ferrule and fixed to position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L CP Stop cock/valves cast copper alloy/brass fancy type inside threaded 15 mm bore to connected position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe of size 15mm bore medium grade ISI marked including all fittings on wall in reqd position, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separate and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light single/double of any wattage or size fitting for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out accessories or carrying to MES store (Accessories or components to be provided free for replacment by department), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type/size including wires, conduits/batten etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable DB's box including MCB's of any size/rating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS cable of copper conductor multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked not less then 20 mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L bend etc concealed in wall , ceiling , floor etc, pressed MS Sunken boxes in wall of required size and colour for switches and sockets, 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) PVC insulated (green insulation) copper conductor FRLS earth continuity cable drawn with wiring and connected to common earth dolly all as specified for one light point/ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one SP switch including making good distrubed surface, complete all as specified and directed. Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades deposit to store yard as it is in working condition for further hanging in its original position or any other position including as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying out service includes cleaning, greasing and oiling, painting of fan with one coat of synthetic enamel spraying painting including marking of MES number with black paint after preparation of surface reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- Any damage has to be made good by the contractor to make the item functional after testing.

Taking down exhaust fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and removing the exhaust fan with blades deposit to store yard as it is in working condition for further fixing in its original position or any other position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying out service i.e. cleaning, greasing and oiling, painting of exhaust fan with one coat of synthetic enamel spraying painting including marking of MES number with black paint after preparation of surface reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and directed . M&L for submain wiring with two single core 6.0 sq mm PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit of size not less than 25mm dia, medium grade ISI marked with all conduit fittings & fixing accessories and one single core 6.0 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as sepcified and directed. Note- (a) The two runs of single core cable and specified earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit with fitting acessories will be measured as one run. (b) Cost of cutting, chasing and make good to existing surfaces are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for distribution board SPN (when MCBs to be used) 12 way double door, 200 Amps rated bus bars and with neutral, earthing bar and din rail complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F sheet metal enclosure for distribution board SPN (when MCBs to be used) 8 way double door, 200 Amps rated bus bars and with neutral, earthing bar and din rail complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of cutting, chasing and make good to existing surfaces are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L for earthing complete for bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge, 8 mesh per linear inch, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with XPM JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
