M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete, M-25 (Design Mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete, M-25 (Design Mix) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Make : Crompton, Cat No. LSTS-30-CDL-M or equivalent model from make as specified in Particular Specifications.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable, laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punning thickness of sand cushioning shall only be measured and paid.

M&L for sub-class 'B' bricks, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable as in trenches over sand cushion for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 32mm dia galvanised iron pipe, llight grade for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE cable, insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sq.mm, 4 core passing through the pipe in trenches complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
