Annual rate contract for provision of Anti-dengue measures and rodent control measure at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, New Delhi

Amount

Supply of Melathion 50% E.C. in sealed containers as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Nuvan 76% E.C. in sealed containers as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing services of manpower for a fogging operation by fogging machine & neccessary T&P . Two persons should be deployed for fogging machine as and when required and the area where fogging is required should be as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (It includes the hiring charges of fogging machine , T&P and manpower.The cost of diesel,petrol and chemical is to be paid separately in respective item .)

Supply of Petrol as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of diesel as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of cyperitherin 0.3% E.C. of cannon of 125 gram as per satisfaction of Engineer-In -Charge.

Supplying and Placing of glue traps (1'x1') in the rooms/cabins and disposal of catched rat glue trap outside the boundary of R.G. Bhawan.

Supplying of Liquid mosquito destyoyer machine with refill 45 ml for 45 nights of Allout/Mortein/Good Knight or equivalent make as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying of Liquid mosquito destroyer refill 45 ml for 45 nights of Allout/Mortein/Good Knight or equivalent make as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and dusting of methyl pyrathrim 2% EC around dustbin, drains, main holes and surrounding of building as per direction of Enginner-In-Charge.

Supplying of 425 ml cane of Baygon Cockroach killer or equivalent as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing services of One manpower for a spraying operation with the mixture of melathion 50% E.C. and nuvan 76% E.C. in the ratio of 1:3( 1part nuvan:3 part melathion) by volume basis inside offices,corridors,toilets & outside the building i/c pits,drains and garden area etc. as and where required or directed by engineer-in-charge. The area where spray is required should be as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (It includes the hiring charges of spray machine , T&P and manpower.The cost ofchemical is to be paid separately in respective item .)

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.

Chorpyriphos / Lindane emulsifiable Concertrate of 20%

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST CONSTRUCTIONAL anti - termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulation )

Treatment at point of contract of wood work by chemical emulsion chlopyriphos / Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution ) @ 0.5 liters per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm center to center and sealing the same.

Supplying and placing of rodenticides Bromadiaolone R.B. cakes 0.005% of 100 gm to be used in holes of rodents in surrounding area of building to control Rat / Rodents complete as per satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing anti - cockroach treatment tube (wt 35 gm) of Max Forte Fipronil 0.03% as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.
