Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) on wooden surface. including all carriages and cost of material involved. (Impression paint)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Providing and fixing of Roller Zebra blinds in windows of approved shade/ colour/ quality including the all carriages and cost complete Job as directed by EIC.

Engagement of labour skilled/ unskilled for various dismantling works like tacking of floors, brick work, damaged tiles, etc including stacking of serviceable material as directed by EIC and disposal of unserviceable material up to 50 mtr lead.

Making cupboard using waterproof ply 19mm thick all sides and for shelves, 1 mm thick mica all fixtures and fittings including channels (Hettic) complete in all respects including glazing, enameled paint etc and costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing of laminated wooden flooring of approved shade/ colour/ quality including the cost of all fittings complete Job as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of toughen Glass 10mm doors as slider of approved shade/ colour/quality including the cost of all fittings complete Job as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Ceramic digital glazed Floor tiles wherever required of size 2'0"x 2'0" or above in floors or as directed by EIC of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm (size 1’-0”x 2’-0”) of approved make like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slury @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. including carriage of material.

Providing and fixing Sanitary fittings/ fixtures of approved brand like Jaguar, Parko, Cera or equivalent. (as directed by EIC)
