Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials with all leads & lifts including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) G.I. Sheet roofing

Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and lift upto dumping site which will be arranged by contractor him self including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) In cement mortar.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia meters with bitumen & G.I. limpet washers filed with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (i)0.63mm thick sheet. (Labour Rate)

Providing wood work in trusses, purlins, rafters, posts, post plates, wall plates and the like wrought framed, hoisted and fixed in position including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (i)2nd class deodar wood.

Steel work rivetted in built up sections including cutting,hoisting, fixing,in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge(a) In grating,Framed guards,bars,ledders railings,brackets & similar works.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and i/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a)Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coats (excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stopping including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ( a) With white enamel paint.

Providing and fixing P.G.I Sheet 0.80mm thick in eaves board /facia /soffits /ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 0 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
