REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF ASBESTOS CGI SHEET ROOF, TRUSSES, SHED, ROOF TREATMENT AND CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS AT ITR TECH AREA, LAUNCH COMPLEXES, SITE-A, B AND C, KUMARPUR AND BHIMPUR UNDER AGE BR II CHANDIPUR

Taking down existing water ptoofing treatment of any description including PCC padding etc. roughening surfaces of old concrete floors / slabs and washing down with water to remove dust particles complete including preparation of surface to receive plastering/PCC and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as in roof padding, kerbs or mud stop, coping etc rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal of grooves with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) over roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for roof treatment using 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane, minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non wooven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of blown bitumen primer @0.30 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely with torch application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two or more coats of aluminium paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm in sloped surface of terrace over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing heat resistant cool roof tiles (minimum 8 mm thickness or to be specified by the manufacturer which ever is higher) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm of colour and shade as approved by GE over waterproof APP membrane and sloped surface of terrace, roof etc laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work in tubular trusses, columns, purlins, rafters and battens etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161-1979 (Grade St.-240) in any curvature and shape complete all as specified and directed.
