Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch/socket/ceiling rose/holders/fittings / fixtures any tube light fittings any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring/conduits/casing caping & connections etc. complete all as directed.

Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective MCBs / MCB DBs/TPN/ TPN DBs any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring/conduits/casing caping & connections etc. complete all as directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 to 2 :- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of Nos of trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily, as directed. (b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor (b) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted item. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item.. (c) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after reciving, Rs 500/- per complaint will be penalised.

Taking down old existing unserviceable thermal insulation of any description and in any position including aluminum foil cladding from GI pipe lines 15 to 25mm dia complete all as directed. (NOTE : Aluminium foil cladding obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work ).

Dismantling the solar panel (made of flat collector plates) of any description, material and labour for cleaning the glass by washing with using soft detergent, cleaning & de-scaling the inside surface of copper fins / tubes with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush & with circulating concentrated de-scaling solution(ORISCALE BLASTER) mixed with water in suitable proportion circulating through pump till the complete deposits/scale is removed and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, brazing the leaking copper tubes, fixing the copper tube & fins properly in their respective positions, reassembling the solar system after servicing / maintenance including replacement of flanges made out of gun metal, nuts, bolts & washers, gaskets etc., fixing & installation of the solar flat collector plate in position and its testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- Existing glass wool and aluminium sheet shall be reused, new glass wool and aluminium sheet if required shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Sch

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable water heating element of any description and in any position and supply, fixing new water heating element of capacity 2KW/3.0 KW with suitable thermostat including all necessary fittings for solar water heater complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking up or down existing unserviceable copper conductor flexible cable of any size & any description and supplying, fixing, connecting & testing new 3 core copper conductor flexible cable of 2.5 sqmm size, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed suitable for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
