Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( reinforced) in any postion and any description complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc. 1.5 Sq. M each, complete all as directed.

Use and waste of form work to chullah hoods, chajjas,troughs and similar items including edges for fair finished surfaces of concrete, flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Vitrified Ceramic Tiles, , 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sq M, on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-grid T-2420 or equivalent of Armstrong having load carrying capacity of 12.5 Kg/M3 with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200/600 mm long and Wall Angle. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimeter of the wall with steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The main runners to be placed @ 1200 mm, the cross tee 1200 mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200x600mm.
