Fly ash bricks masonary with CM (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour T&P etc complete including watering and curing for required period as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fly ash bricks masonary with CM (1:6) in superstructure including cost conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour T&P etc complete including watering and curing for required period as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick work including cost, carriage, royalty etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including all cost and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with good enamel paint over a coat of primer/ red oxide on iron works including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials T&P labour charges etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.(Door/ Window)

Ground floor

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with weather coats of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.
