15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on rough/ fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering in all floor level/any height including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four sand) including curing complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing over steel members/ trusses ,prepainted steel hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (R.N.P.) organic coating of 20(twenty) microns over 5(five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of five micron over 5 (five ) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing Steel (Tata/Sail)work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster/other surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops durt loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design ( Apex ultima/heritage ) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surface(two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt,dust, and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 -0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450 N/ 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D -5147.
