Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 1st quality Vitrified Ceramic tiles double charge 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular)polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick (1:6) Screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for Coloured Glazed digital ceramic tiles(350x 250) x 7 mm / (450 x 350) x 7mm thick or as required size of 7 mm thick vertical surface as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic digital tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of aluminium partition,door,window etc along with panel and glass any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing in squares of any size complete all as specified and directed.
