Repair / maintenance of 1000 amp. Control Panel Air circuit breaker system installed in unit No-3 circuited with 4000AMP Control Panel (unit no-1) and LT control panel air circuit breaker system installed in unit no 5 circuited with 4000AMP Control Panel (unit no-2) Dismantling/extracting of air circuit breaker system of 1000 amp. LT. control panel. Dismantling of Conductors, Bus Bar, Switches, voltage relay, and thermal magnetic relay, single phase preventer, HRC fuses indicator, amp meter and voltmeter and damaged wiring. Reconditioning / Repairs of damaged conductor accessories like terminal connection closing coil, overload indicator, shunt coil, under voltage coil overload relay, Bus bar strip and other allied spares required to be replaced. Job includes proper insulation of the new provided wiring system and complete servicing of 1000 amp. ACB at site and reassembling the same and testing on full load.

Repair/servicing to Vacuum Circuit Breakers of 2.5 MVA power transformer unit 01 and unit 02 by way of its dismantling and extracting out the damaged/burnt tripping coil and HRC fuses of unit no 01 and 02. Providing and fitting of new tripping coil closing coil, closing push buttons and HRC fuses of suitable capacity. Replacement of Anti-pumping relay 36 volt in place of worn-out/damaged one of reputed make as per IS Standard in unit no 1 and 2. Complete painting of both the VCB by way of cleaning the outer surface of VCB using emery paper, wire brush and scratching of old paint to remove rust, dust etc. to make surface ready for painting and then applying two coats of superior quality paint .Job includes complete servicing of Vacuum Circuit Breaker of unit no 01 and unit 02 including cost of material. Labour charges, testing and commissioning at site

Repair / servicing of HT control panel unit no. 1 by way of replacement of one no numerical Relay (MIT Relay) in place of damaged one for over current and earth fault relay and complete checking / servicing of HT control panel 01 and 02 by way of checking of ammeter, Voltmeter, power factor meters, MVAR meters and MW meters, semaphores Auxiliary relay for buchholz, alarm and trip including control cables from yard to control room. Replacement of control switches, indicator lamps. Job includes cost of material and labour charges and charges for all tools and tackles required for execution of jobs at site.
