M & L for rendering 12mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved brand/make complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings including tiles not exc 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for 50mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded agg) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregateas in floor, including rough finished with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm as in floor laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cment to match colour tiles complete all as specified.
