SITC of 3Ø Silent Type Diesel Generating Set having Prime power Rating of 200 KVA at 415V, 50Hz, 0.8 lagging Power Factor on the existing foundation comprising of Engine, alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, Acoustic Enclosure and other accessories as per attached details specification

SITC of Air Circuit Breaker, Horizontal Manual Draw Out type, 4 pole, 630 Amps, 415 volts, Icu@415V=Ics=Icw for 1 sec = 50kA rating manually operated with interlocked doors, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON / OFF and service / test / isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, with microprocessor release for overcurrent, earth fault and short circuit protection, 1 no. independent manual spring closing mechanism, conforming to IS 13947 - 2 - 1993,1 no. shunt trip coil 220 Volts AC, in sheet steel enclosure with suitable arrangement for fixing.

SUB HEAD 13: SITC OF 11KV VCB PANEL & TRANSFORMERS(C)

Supply & Delivery Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad, single tier, fully compartmentalized,free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing), totally enclosed and fully interlocked , horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise 2 X200 KVA Dry Type Transformers. [ Make : ABB / Siemens / CGL].

Installation & commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with P.T & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
