Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches by Hydraulic excavator/manual means. as per direction of Engineer in charge SI No. 254

Cement Concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement, Four coarse sand & eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation. S.I.No. 275(a)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including the cost of centering shuttering finising and excluding reinforcement (a) 1:1½:3 (One Cement, One and half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) S.I.No. 6 DSR No. 5.1.2

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Apex) of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) S.I.NO. 21 Chap 15
