PROVISION OF TILING TO APPROACHABLE ROOF AND IMPROVEMENT TO FLOORING OF CERTAIN ROOMS OF

Taking down, plastering from roof surfaces including vertical surfaces including removal of existing roof treatment, cleaning, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, and removal of debries from out side MoD land /Unit area without any extra cost etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Any damages occures to the electrical cable/Telephone cable/Signal cable or any cables laying on roof/Lightening protection strips fixed on the roof/ AC unit fitted on the roof/Antena signal structure fitted on roof shall be rectified/repaired by the contractor with in 24 Hours without any extra cost.

M&L for brushing in neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm on old surfaces of concrete of plaster on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed in CM (1:3) 20mm thick with using WPC as per manufacturers instructions etc. on concrete surface as in required slope for draning out the rain water complete all as specified and as diected. Note : WPC will be paid seperately

Supply only water proofing compound conplast X 421 IC of FOSROC chemcial (Indian limted) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding of roof for making slope,coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cool roof SRI tiles have values more than 90 , colour tiles of size 300x300x10mm including set, jointed /pointed in cement mortar 1:1 with Dr. Fixit liquid jointing/pointing compound as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.20Kg/Sqm and providing 3mm Thick approved modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non Woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160gm per sqm a coat of hot blown bitumen 90/15 @ 1.2Kg per Sqm is apply on top of polymeric membrane and finally finished with one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 100 Grams/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing and rubbish off the premises, and removal of debris out side MoD land / Air Force Unit area without any extra cost etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Vitrified tiles light shade 9-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 09 above, but , in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaced wall as backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 sqm and n exc 2.00 sqm each and refixing in the same opening without damaging the door including cutting the door bottom for adjusting of height if required, etc complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down rain water pipe and eaves gutters (any size and pattern) including all fittings heads shoes bends swan necks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS clamps etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) bends of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar exc half brick wall and n.exc one brick wall etc for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron surface of any description, not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Preparation of old surface of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distempering etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Preparation including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, cracks making good holes by putty etc, spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors fittings to protect them from splashes, washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, fittings, drops, splashes, leaving premise clean and tidy etc. complete all specified in SSR Part-II and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on roof and vertical surfaces in CM 1:3 surface finished fair and even using WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will paid seperately

S&F framed works as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted , or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-280, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Split AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity ( Indoor and Out door Unit) by removing all electrical connections and indoor to out door unit gas pipes ,nut bolts from roof top of TPS bldg before starting Roof treatment work and shifting to store for safe custody. After completion of roof treatment work, Refixing /installing Split AC 1.5/2 Ton at the same place by connecting all electrical connections and gas pipes with nut bolts as per site requirement, testing and commissioning , if any extra cable , gas pipes , gas filling require at the time of installation the quoted rate is deemed to be included and No extra cost will be paid to contractor complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down Multi Split AC (2 x 1.5) /(2 x 2) Ton capacity ( Indoor and Out door Unit) by removing all electrical connections and indoor to out door unit gas pipes ,nut bolts from roof top of TPS bldg before starting Roof treatment work and shifting to store for safe custody. After completion of roof treatment work, Refixing /installing Split AC (2 x 1.5) /(2 x 2) Ton at the same place by connecting all electrical connectios and gas pipes with nut bolts as per site requirement, testing and commissioning , if any extra cable , gas pipes , gas filling require at the time of installation and the quoted rate is deemed to be included and No extra cost will be paid to contractor complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down Aluminium strip from roof top of TPS Bldg and kept in safe place before starting of Roof treatment work and refixing serviceable strip at same place after completion roof treatment work, with suitable size porcelin insulators / epoxy insulator,screws and nut bolts , complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for fixing of Earth continuity conductor Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground ,with nut bolts at joints , fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles,equipments or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, Aluminium strip fixed on with epoxy insulator of suitable size including taking down old strip all as specified and directed .

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw in repairs all as specified.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs Aviation Obstruction light with 75 VA , MMH T Lamp LED type die cast aluminium alloy housing, inbuilt 75 VA step up transformerheat resistent, clear thick glass and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing / Taking down U/G Cables any size /capacity from wall / roof top of TPS Bldg by removing all clamps , shaddles and refixing the same after completion of roof treatment work by suitable size saddle clamps complete all as specified and as directed .
