M & L Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 8mm thick(square or rectangular) coloured joint free area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bedding layer of cement mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 300X 7mm set and jointed in white or coloured cement to match on vertical surfaces such skirting ,dados, rises to steps etc over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area n exc 1.5 Sqm each complete with hold fasts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness ,size, quality or description n exc 1.5 sqm from wooden /metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones etc complete all as specified and directed.
