Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

1)For Reserved category works, valid caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority shall be uploaded

2)For Reserved category works valid Domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority for residing in the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years shall be uploaded

3)Valid copy of constitution or legal status of the bidder (Company/firm registration certificate with firm address, document (KPWD/CPWD) proof shall be uploaded

4)Turnover statement for last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 duly certified by the charted accountant along with UDIN No and achieved in at least One Financial Years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction work only) (usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract for works costing upto Rs.100 lakh)

5)Information on works for which Tenders have been submitted and works which are yet to be completed as on the date of this Tender A. Statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent B. Works for which Tenders already submitted in format

6)Name, address, and telephone, telex, and fax numbers of the Tenderers bankers who may provide references if contracted by the Employer

7)The bidder shall have GST registration certificate issued by the competent authority.

8)Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. (Refer Standard Tender documents Section 2: A General- Instructions to Tenderers (ITT)-3.1. Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx5-B)

9)Contractor should be executed the work in live sub-stations satisfactorily (For awareness of doing work in live sub stations since the said work is to be carry out in live Electric substation zone) for last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26). Work experience certificate should be issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of the Executive Engineer shall be scanned and uploaded.

10)The bidder shall submit the certificate of Income Tax returns (ITR-3 / ITR-4 / ITR-4S / ITR-6) during the assessment year from 2021-22 to 2025-26

11)Contractor should be EPF & ESI holder and should furnish EPF & ESI registration certificate (if not, Self-declaration should be furnished with satisfactory reasons for non-applicable of EPF)

12)Bidder should upload self-declaration for his firm being responsible for any fake and false declarations. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents). duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

13)Bidder should upload self declaration that his firm is not in BLACK list of any Govt. organization/ Govt. undertaking sectors/PSU. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

14)The bidder should upload detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years in any organization. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV (Joint Venture) may result in rejection of bid by duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)
