Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seventy to one kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five kilogram to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeters) thickness compected thickness composed of type-A 13.2mm to 5.6mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimeters) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (Zero poimnt two seven cubic metre) mixed with using VG-10 at the rate of 14.6kg (Fourteen point six kilogram) mixed with crushed stone aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cub ( zero decimal two seven cubic metre ) per ten square metre to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static capacity road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 508 including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B with bitumen binder VG-10 at the rate of 6.8Kg ( six decimal eight kilogram) mixed with crushed sand 0.06/10 aqm ( zero decimal zero six cubic metre per ten square metre) as per Technical Specification Clause 510 heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically of muixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 (Eight to ten) capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
