M&L Rendering including in patches, 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces,Chajjas in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash. (white wash shall be applied by the brush not by spray gun)

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work,concrete or stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work,concrete or stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- WPC shalll be measured & paid of separately.

M&L Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete.(Cement base paint shall be applied by the brush not by spray gun)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.
