Providing and laying of 40mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen 30/40 meeting the requirement given table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine-grained hared stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515, (MORT&H No.5.14)

Providing an laying tack coat of paving tack coat of paving bitumen grade of 80/100 or 60/70 on WBM surface with approved quality @.40kg/sqm including cleaning of the road surface etc. as per specification.

P/l compacted bituminous macadam (B.M) P/ Laying 50mm thick B.M with approved quality of bitumen 80/100 or 60/70 with bitumen content 3.5% of total wt. of mix prepared by latest MORTH specification in hot mix plant and laying manually and rolling with road roller giving density as per job mix formula complete in all respects.

Providing and laying BC with 5% bitumen by weight of mix material with mechanical paver machine with roller complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification
