Brick work with common burnt clay (Non-Modular) Bricks of class designation 7.5-inch foundation including curing in: Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P brass /stainless steel screws all complete as per site requirement. (Powder coated Aluminium with minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board confirming to IS:12823 Grade-I type-II in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partion frames with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws etc complete as per site requirement. (Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing of aluminium handle 100mm with stainless steel screws complete as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6levers for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc complete

Providing and fixing of anodised aluminium butt hings 100x63x4mm

Providing and fixing of anodised aluminium tower bolt 100x10mm

Applying 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4coarse sand)

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
