Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed..

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt) , modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified directed.

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor of any size and deposit to store yard or sold to contractor.

Sppply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor,multi stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes including provision of necessary lugs and glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a) 10 Sqmm 2 core.

(b) 16 Sqmm 2 core

(c ) 16 sqmm 4 core

(d) 25 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

(e) 35 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

S&F in replacement of Automatic Street Light control switch for three phase load of 5 KW, using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street light. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs. The Sensor along with 03 Nos contactors each of 20 to 25 Amps capacity, Incoming MCBs and Outgoing MCBs of 20-25 Amps (03 Nos) and auto/manual operation (Senser by Pass), size of circuit wiring should be multistranded FRLS min size of 10 Sqmm should be enclosed in a pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, Electric shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54 and model Swadeep 02EC5KW3P complete all as specified and directed. M&L for painting of old RCC poles cross arms after preparation of old surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour incl making alternate strips of black and yellow colour of 30 cm width each above the top of coping/GL and marking MES No with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular poles 9 /11 m long with cross arms with two coats of aluminium paint of approved make after preparation of surfaces, making five alternate strips 30cm wide with black and yellow paint above GL/plinth and marking MES No with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to old chain link fencing and steel sections post with two coats aluminum paint over a coat of aluminium red-oxide complete including preparation of old steel or iron surfaces all as specfied and directed.

Scraping the old painted metalic external surfaces of out door / indoor type panel boards and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting and marking feeders as per the existing complete all as directed.

Cutting the existing bituminuos road for passing of UG cable in road crossing and making good the disturbed surface of road to its original specification complete all as directed.

Cutting, trimming and prunning of trees/tree branches of any girth all around existing LT over head lines / surrounding street light and flood fitting including cleaning the area beneath the LT overhead lines and removing the debris from the site and depositing where directed.

Taking down unserviceable / burnt out MCB from existing LT Panel board duly disconnected all electrical connection & Supply and fixing new MCB SP 6-32 Amps , incl making necessary cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable / burnt out MCB from existing LT Panel board duly disconnected all electrical connection & Supply and fixing MCB 20-32 Amps SPN , incl necessary cable connection complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying or fixing 1100 volts grade duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner shething of PVC tape overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtrs apart incl 4 sqmm twin core flat/circular cable.

Supply and errecting LT Panel outdoor type mounted and fixed with PCC foundation, made out of MS sheet factory assembled & factory fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick sheet steel with suitable size MS angel frame duly spray painted with two coats of gray synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparatiion of surface, with required civil works & with and including 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 600 Amps with suitable size porcelain insulators & wiring with copper cable of suitable size, connecting including indicating lamp LED type for each phase, incl in built industiral type locking arrangement, front operated and back openable incl necessry arrangement for fixing with suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc. The panel pre wired with PVC insulated copper conductor danger notice board, feeders marked, and testing & commissioning, complete consisting of the following :-

Supply and fixing LED street light fittings lumanaries 90 watt LED with lens , pressure die cast epoxy powder coated aluminium housing with efficient designed heat shrink with heat resistant toughned glass with frame fixed with SS Screws suitable for fixing in existing poles, with protection IP-66, power factor not less than 0.95, surge 5KV, total harmonic distortion THD is < 10% lumen not less than 100 lumen/watts complete, including dismantling of old one fittings, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning and upkeeping the area including uprooting of shrubs/grass and removing creepers from fencing or poles / posts and brooming the complete area of sub station around panels,transformers, four pole structures etc upto 3 feet from fencing or pole externally , all around complete and maintaining the same during currency of contract period, removing the debris to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified. Note : The payment shall be made one time and nothing extra shall be admissible to upkeep the area during currency of the contract period. The cost of brooms, showels, pick axe etc shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer.

Taking down old unserviceable capacitor of any capacity and replace with new Duca Power XD capacitor, withstand Harmonic overloads upto 4 Amp Max current, low losses 0.2 watt/KVAR, three phase, temperature range (-)25 degree centigrate to 70 degree centigrate of the following rating :- Make : Neptune

(b) 10 KVAR

Taking down old unserviceable power contactor of any capacity and replace with new contactor three phase of the following sizes:- Make : Havells

(a) Contactor for capacitor heavy duty 3 pole with AC coil 1NO 0NC 25 Amps.

(b) Contactor for capacitor heavy duty 3 pole with AC coil 1NO 1NC 40 Amps.

(c) Contactor for capacitor heavy duty 3 pole with AC coil 1NO 1NC 95 Amps.

S&F steel tubular electric pole, swaged type, welded, type 410 SP-31 (9 m long) erected to truly vertical position complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws complete all as specified and as directed including painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/ concrete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and making 30 cm wide five alternate strips with black and yellow paint above GL/plinth with synthetic enamel paint including marking pole number with black paint complete all as directed. Note : Earth work and PCC work shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of this scheduale.

M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

Supply, installation testing & commissioning of waterless and maintenance free earthing with earth (grounding) electrodes and PCC pit with cover. (a) Earth Electrode: 17.2 mm dia copper bonded MS rod shall be in-situ cast in electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing material mixed with cement. Size of embedding of electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing material shall be 85 mm dia. The electrode of 3000mm should be able to withstand a fault current upto 35kA (Peak) for 1 second duly tested from recognized National Test laboratories like CPRI, ERDA, ERTL, MSME etc (not more than 18 months old). The ratio of mixing of conductive concrete to cement should be 3:1. Other hardware like nut, bolts and washers should be of stainless steel.

Dismantling of old UNSV PCC poles from existing site and removing/thrown away debris not more than 50 mtrs long distance all as directed.
