Returning, filling in soils as in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers as in any type of soil, not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with fittings as protection to cable, laid in tranches or fixed to poles/walls complete with and including taking up/ down old damaged pipe and removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement LED flood light 120 watt 230 V, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement LED flood light 150 watt 230 V, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement LED flood light 250 watt 230 V, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for overhauling of existing 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamp, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings & aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Replacement of flood light fittings, aviation obstruction light, control cable, steel wire rope , timer panel components & rewinding of motor if required at site shall be measured and paid separately. However, the cost of minor spare parts & lubrication is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of Integral LED aviation light 6-10 Watt fitting comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including taking down existing unserviceable aviation light of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connecting in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable 5 core x 4 sqmm, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 including taking down of existing unserviceable copper control cable of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connecting in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable 5 core x 2.5 sqmm, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 including taking down of existing unserviceable copper control cable of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connecting in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable 3 core x 2.5 sqmm, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 including taking down of existing unserviceable copper control cable of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of round strand galvanized steel wire rope conforming to IS:2266/02 of size 8 mm dia, 6/36 SW construction including taking down existing unserviceable wire rope of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of analog time switch, 3 module size suitable for automatic switching ON & OFF of street lights through 3 pole power contactor including taking down existing unserviceable time switch of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of reversing starter with Forward, OFF and Reverse switch 25 A suitable for three phase power tool motor of high mast lighting system including taking down existing unserviceable reversing starter of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of three pole AC power contactor, 32 Amps, 415 volts suitable for street light timer panel including taking down existing unserviceable power contactor of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, TPN, 40 Amps, 10 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, TPN, 63 Amps, 10 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Auto/ Manual with centre off switch suitable for street light timer panel including taking down existing auto / manual switch of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cutting and removing of burnt out winding from electric motor of any make and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns including varnishing, heating etc and testing for satisfactory performance for capacity up to 2.0 HP, 3 Ph, 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC motor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnection of electric connection ,repair, replace, refix and servicing alongwith painting and foundation work with PCC 1:2:4 of street light panel with Group Control management system using GPRS/GSM technology suitable for incoming of 63 Amps , including sensor for anti-tampering of panel, fibre glass in front for display of connection, indicator & display MF meter, external locking arrangement, dressing of cable including replacement of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with lugs, nuts bolts etc complete including necessary wiring of feeder pillar box with copper conductor cable excavation and earth work all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note : Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under items No. 26 to 38 and other minor spare/parts shall be included in above item.

Disconnection of electric connection, repair, replace, refix and servicing of 63 amp automatic street light switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of Natural light. Sensor alongwith suitable power contactors and incoming - outgoing MCB and supported terminal should be enclosed in pole /wall mountable enclosure, dressing of cable including replacement of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with lugs, nuts bolts etc complete including necessary wiring of feeder pillar box with copper conductor cable excavation and earth work all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note : Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under items No. 41 to 43 and other minor spare/parts shall be included in above item.

Supplying, installation testing and commissioning as in replacement of out door type Street Light Panel for suitable load, factory made CPRI approved openable from front & rear double door type, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with 4 Nos heat shrink insulated bus bar of rating 1.5 of incoming MCCB including all connection with aluminium strip pillar board shall be provided with danger notice plate with skull and bone sign, making all electrical incoming and out going electrical cable connection with lugs, glands to be provided at cable entries, including MS channel frame of ISMC 75 at base of panel only and 04 Nos legs of not less than 600 mm long each below the base of panel made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm for grouting purpose in PCC 1 :2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable panel and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed and comprising of following accessories :-

Note : Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under items No. 46 to 53 and other minor spare/parts shall be included in above item.
