Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, deposite/settled in drains etc. or for laying of pipes, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying of pipes, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material in any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and under floor as sub base, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching and copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix)in M 25 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies ,canopies, deck slabs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes in any position and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for raking out joints in brick work in walls or to bricks on edges in drain etc all as specified and directed

Material and labour for three coat of white wash on new plastered or undercoated surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 300mm bore dia, reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, conform to IS 458-2003, laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:2 with and including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
