MECHANICAL CLEANING AND STERILIZATION OF VARIOUS SIZE OF OVERHEAD TANK, UNDERGROUND SUMP AND SWIMMING POOL AND CONNECTED REPAIR WORK OF OHT UNDER GE DINJAN

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization inside the existing RCC overhead tank of capacity 150000 gallon at (Sec "B" pump house & Sec "C" pump house) through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G10, TERBAC G5, TERBAC G65 /E-in-C's Branch approved chemical complete all as specified and directed and ULTRA VOILET RAY at Pump House at any height (as per site requirement), including suitable staging/scaffolding, Seven stage are as under follows :- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical/E-in-C's Branch approved chemical as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanized scrubber & fresh water clening by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is Sterilization by using TERBAC-G5/Inohor-5/NB-10 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound /E-in-C's Branch approved chemical as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge. Test certificate of chemical from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floorof the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum 1200 W with suitable heavy duty rugged motor to free any foreign and loose particles of any nature. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilization method by using ultravoilet ray by heavy duty UV radiation which shall have 360 degree of syerilization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radiation shall portable and effective for sterilization of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating and suspended bacteria.) (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screeing is to sterilize the floor , Roof and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidzing agent TERBAC 65 of M/S Ray's clean tech or equivalent any non toxic bio-degradble eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent certified by a Govt. approved laboratory to disinfect the over head tank from all harmful pathogens. (h) Cleaning of external and internal surfaces , lid wall of the tank, structure for all scales and other paticles any algae , hives and any type of vegetation or any other unwanted matters, scrapping of old paint and painting with two coats of weather proof paint on external surfaces (color of paint as per direction of GE) complete all as directed. (j) A sticker of appropriate size and colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge and of non degradable material with printed details as under :- (i) CA No. (ii) Name of applicant (iii) Name of the Contractor (iv) Columns for date of cleaning and expiry date will be written or printed on the sticker by permenent marking ink. (k) Painting of angle iron ladder for OHT after scrapping of old paint by emery paper or any other means with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer including arrangement of scrap folding/bamboo structure required for entire work. All precaution shall be taken while execution of works and only skilled tradesman shall be deployed at site. Note for Srl Item No 1:- (i) All required safety equipments (Gumboot, helmets, safety belts, Safety goggles, torch light etc) and neccesary insurance for safety of working staff to execute the work is responsibility of the contractor. (ii) Lighting arrangments if required to be provided by the contrator temporarily at his own arrangements and the amount quoted for that is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate and electricity /diesel shall not be provided by the MES. (iii) Contrator will not be allowed more than one day to do the work inside of the each OH Tank/UG Sump prevent interruption of water supply to the users. Delay for more than 01 day 10% of quoted rate shall be ercovered for

All as per Srl Item No 1 here-in-before above but the capacity of the tank is 100000 gallon(Sec "A" pump house & Sec "D" pump house) complete all as specified and directed.
