Material and Labour for E-board tiles ceiling on GI powder coated channel/Tee/Grid of make (Armstrong or equivalent) frame work with the following specification including cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 / Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed with following:- (a) Material and Labour for Plugging to wall around the rooms & supplying & fixing GI powder coated angle of make (Armstrong) of size 25 x 25 mm. (b) Supply and fixing 1.60 mm dia GI wire suspenders with adjustable clamps including fixing to ceiling with dash free fasteners. (c) Supply and fixing GI powder coated tee as in main & cross members at 595 mm centre to centre supported suspenders along with adjustable camp to maintain level. (d) Supply and fixing E-board ceiling tilesof size 595 mm x 595 mm x 4 mm thickness, confirming to relevant IS in squares of GI powder coated tee with clips made to shape, shade and pattern of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of Old/new plastered or unplastered surface of wall including cornices etc. by washing, rubbing down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and removal of vegetation and applying two coats of white wash on new surface of ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Firstly old loose spelled concrete should be chiseled from roof ceiling with the help of scrapers chisel & hammer after that cleaning of rust from mild steel rod and applying cement spry 3.00 Kg per sqm by paint brush over cleaned surfaces and Material and Labour for 20-50 mm thick ready mix plaster in Multi layer for ceiling on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair Including three coat white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for new/old plastered or unplastered surface of wall including cornices etc. by washing, rubbing down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and removal of vegetation and applying two coatsfor applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shape (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/10Sq m over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter /10Sqm with authorized applicator only including use of scaffoldings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Comolete removal of existing tretment surface by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of wall putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing debris out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean raddius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
