RequiredCopy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any EE, CPWD. Scanned copy of original Bank Guarantee including e-Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD.

Required4. Valid Electrical Contractor License issued by Competent Authority or Undertaking from the agency that they shall associate with an CPWD agency having valid Electrical license from the Competent authority in its name, for execution.

RequiredGST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.

RequiredContractor has to upload ERP Training Certificate as per Modification for Enlistment under rule 12.0 in DR-2023 as per DG, CPWD OM No. DG/Enlist. Rules-2023/10 dated 22.04.2024.
