B&R PORTION: Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar incl removing the unserviceable material out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treatment of roof with reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane of 400micron thickness having SRI of 130, tested as per ASTM E 1980 (with Solar Reflectance and Thermal emittance tested as per ASTM C 1549 and ASTM C 1371, respectively). The coating should have water absorption less than 1% as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-1) 1989, with the ability to resist heat yp!e 1200C as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-3) 1990 having VOC less than as per ASTM D 3960 and should have excellent resistance to transmission of ponded water up to 3.5 bars of pressure for 7-days.lt should also be resistant to Ammonia solution, Sodium nitrate, Sodium hydroxide, along with water and soap solution as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-2)1990. The waterproofing membrane will be laminated with 25—40-micron thick transparent Nano modified composite crosslinking polymeric coating with a minimum of 40% solid content as per IS: 101 (P-8/Sec-6) 1993 and also should pass Impact test as per IS: 101 (P5/Sec-3) 1988 along with having dust and water repellent & anti-graffiti property passing Scratch hardness test of 500g as per IS: 101 (P-5/Sec-2) 1988. It should also pass Cross Cut Adhesion test as per IS: 101 (P-5/Sec-2) 1988. The Polymeric coating should have a self-cleaning and easy-to-clean property with excellent weather stability and DPR (Dirt pickup ratio). Surface preparation includes pressure wash cleaning to remove all dust, fungus, etc., with pressure washer after repairing the existing roof having old bitumen membrane by filling cracks, potholes, holes with waterproofing compound having compressive strength as per IS-4031 part-6-1988 & permeability of water as per IS2645-2003. Note :- (a) Repairs of existing roof where required for said treatment shall also inclusive under unit rate. The work shall be got done through manufacturers authorised applicators only under the close supervision of their technical staff. (a) M&L clean the surface, remove dust dirt, loose particles and unsound substrate and providing 20 mm thick cement screed (1:4) mixed with Dr Fixit or equivalent tonic liquid 200 gram/Bag over Dr Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE. (b) Applying primer coat with solvent based Bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/sqm (c ) Dr Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE torch shield water proofing 3mm thick membrane use gas burner to heat substrate, press firmly from lower end to upper and with 100 mm overlap (d) Heat both over lap with round tipped trowel to seal over lap . Excess compound smoothened, pressed into seam using hot trowel (e) Seal edges well into grooves & protect with a poly sulphide sealant. (f) M&L hydraulically pressed burnt clay tiles plain size 300X300X19 mm laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 with WPC & pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with crude oil complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) WPC as per manufacturer's instruction shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (b) Uploading of material shall be carried out by mechanical means, use of staircase is strically probihited (c) Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through approved manufacturer's applicator

M&L for GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Dismantling floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles 450x300mm, 6/7mm thick, for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados of 1st quality , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair as in backing layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) coloured, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, of 1st quality , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutters 30 mm thick (style) consisiting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel mhaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provide for in any height upto two strey incl necessary scaffolding where required complete all as specified and directed.
