Dismanteling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets including ridges in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanteling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or semilar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, painted aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.60 mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof & north light covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap with coach screw & washer in roof, wall etc. of 2 mm thick. Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in liew of screw.

S & F of roof turbo air ventilator 24"/600mm throat outer 510 mm dia top bottom ring S S 304, 0.5 mm thick aluminium blade of 42 Nos. fins and FRP based as per roof profile sheet 1.5 to 2mm thick 1800 mm length and 1080 mm width (premoulded transperent) and fixing over roof sheet of industrial building of height more than 15.00 mtr. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.60 mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed. ( Note - The self driven screw shall be adequate length to driven in to complete thickness of purline/raft etc and to be provided with oone biyumen washer and the gap if ant shall filled with silicon gel to avoid any leakage).

S & F plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, velley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) of class 3 of 1.00 mm thick welded or soldered joints are provided.

Fixing only galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap with coach screw & washer in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 of 0.63 mm thick.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description, n exc 10cm in width or girth priming with red oxide (one Coat) and applying synthetic enamel paint (Two Coats) all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surface of any description, n exc 10cm in width or girth and applying synthetic enamel paint (one Coat) all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones omplete all as specified and directed.

Fixing/Recuring of hacked glass exc. 0.5 but n.exc. 0.75 Sq.m. in the same position with complete fittings all as directed

Taking down asbestos cement pressure pipes (150mm dia), any class (including all fittings) including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fare faces on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement).

SUPPLY and fixing of GI pipe 40mm dia for fixing ait termination on roof .

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be separately), removing materials to store for keepingmeasured in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.
