Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre ) below the sub grade level, watered, graded with motor grade and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specifications clause 303 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax , GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II [75mm ( seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm ( eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point twenty cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat on prepared surface granular base including cleaning of the road surface with Hydaulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.850 Kg. (zero point eight five zero kilogram) per square metre bitumen emulsion SS-I with nano technology using mechanical means as per MORD technical specifications clause 502 as per the entire statisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax , GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) with Nano technology using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275Kg. (Zero point two seven five Kilogram) per Square metre on granular / bituminous surface as per MORD technical specifications clause 503 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax , GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred-one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.5. (five point five) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge includes carrige of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals the rate including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305 and 1603 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and upto all lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octoroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in sub structure for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M-Twenty) with minimum nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40 mm (forty miilimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work in all type of structure as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Section 800, 900, and 1200 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. Providing and erecting "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm ( three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail to be kept 70 ( Seventy) centimetre above road/ground level and to be fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) to be spaced 2 Metre (Two) center to center and having length of 1.80 m (one point eight zero metre) high and to be embedded 1.10 metre ( One point one zero metre) below ground/ road level. All steel parts and fitment to be galvanised by hot dip process. All fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) and 330mm ( Three hundred thirty millimetre) long complete as per clause 811.3 of MORT &H ( Ministry of Road Transport & Highway) specification (Fifth revision) including all fitting required for errection at road site Including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
