Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in hard rock, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface of complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling etc all as specified and directed

M & L for MS work such as fencing post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Mild steel Angles, bars, flats etc., including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4.15mm dia GI chain link fencing 50mmx50mm mesh including fixing of MS flate iron,rod & bolt to fencing post all as specified (Note:The supply only of flate,rod& bolts shall be measured seprately).

Supply only MS bars 10mm dia and over for support to chain link fencing of complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only flat iron as in fillets for securing wiremess icluding necessary dirlling holes for bolts and welding comforming to Fe-410-0 of complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 10 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 10 cm and not exceeding 15 cm of complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described including preparing new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised exc 20 mm of complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling holes for bolts, pipes etc exc 50mm but n.exc 100mm dia in limestone/sand stone/brick/block works (per 10 cm depth) of complete all as specified and as directed.

Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar in CM 1:6 of complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry using PCC, Type C-2 solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in concrete or brick surface in CM 1:4 over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats if required of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces all as specified & directed

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil n.exc. 1.5M wide and n.exc. 1.5M deep and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils of complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m of complete all as specified and as directed.
