Fabrication /Fixing of MS gate of 2 Nos. Toilet, 2 Nos. UGR, 2 Nos. store and 1 No. HT Panel room of size 3.2 feet X 7 feet made by 50X50X6mm M.S. angle for choukhat and gate made by 40 X 40 X 6mm M.S angle, 35X6mm M.S flat and 2mm thick M.S sheet work and fixing new gate with civil work. Structural steel work riveted, bolted, or welded in built up sections, trusses, and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Repairing of M.S. Gate of Transformer room including cutting of all damage and rusted angle, sheet, hinges and providing /fixing of new Hinges, angle, and sheet as per site requirement. Structural steel work riveted, bolted, or welded in built up sections, trusses, and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20X10X2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20X5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40X40X6 mm, with 40 mm dia. steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Size of gate: 3.1 mtr X 3.1 mtr = 9.61 Sq. mm. DSR Civil 2022 (Item No. 10.3)

Repairing of 5 Nos. rolling Shutter of size 11 ft. X 15 ft. of pump house, BSES panel, HT Panel and 2 Nos. Transformer rooms work including dismantling of damage shutter strip and providing/ Fixing of new M.S strips and repairing of gear box in proper size as per site requirement with civil work complete in all respect with anticorrosive primer and painting work as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Repairing of rolling Shutter of size 9 ft. X 11 ft. of cubical energy meter room work including dismantling of damage shutter strip and providing/ Fixing of new M.S strips and repairing of gear box in proper size as per site requirement with civil work complete in all respect with anticorrosive primer and painting work as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Fabrication of M.S. ladder of length approx. 1.5 mtr each step 1 mtr width made out with the help of M.S. Chanel of size 100X50mm, M.S. Angle of size 65X65X6mm, M.S. Chequered plate of size 900X300X8mm by welding on step and railing made by 40mm diameter M.S. pipe & 16 square mm M.S. Bar complete with cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc. complete in all respect for step up on reservoir. With transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy/manual labour.

Fixing of M.S. ladder to step up on the UGR from road side including the cost of grouting the same to the wall of chamber with civil work complete in all respect. With anticorrosive primer and painting with black synthetic enamel paint.

Fabrication/ Fixing of MS ladder of size 1.5 mtr long and 0.6 mtr width made of MS angle of size 65X65X6mm and step is made of MS angle of size 50X50X5mm which is 1 ft apart from their adjacent angle i.e., 4 Nos. of horizontal MS angles attached complete with cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc. complete in all respect for step up UGR from the inside BPS. With transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy/manual labour.

Repairing/ Fixing of M.S. ladder of length approx. 1 Mtr each step 3 feet width made out with the help of M.S. Chanel of size 100X50mm, M.S. Angle of size 65X65X6mm, M.S. Chequered plate of size 900X300X8 mm by welding on step and railing made by 40mm diameter M.S. pipe & 16 square mm M.S. Bar complete with cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc. complete in all respect for step up on pump house platform. With transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy/manual labour.

Fabrication/ Fixing of MS frame by channel, angle, and sheet for EOT crane with cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc. complete in all respect as per site requirement

Providing/fixing of water storage tank of capacity 500 Litre at Bhagirathi BPS with pipe fittings and 20 mm gun metal gate valves with the help of manual labour, tool & tackles. Make -water storage tank: -Sheetal/ Supreme/Aquapure/ Ganga/ Any DJB approved. Make - pipe fittings: - ISI mark.
