Providing and Fixing HDPE spacer at a distance of 1 m apart to avoid contract of casing pipe and carrier pipe for 600 mm i/d under railway track complete in all respects with entire satisfaction of engines Incharge For 1000 mm as carrier pipe

Providing and Fixing HDPE spacer at a distance of 1 m apart to avoid contract of casing pipe and carrier pipe for 700 mm i/d under railway track complete in all respects with entire satisfaction of engines Incharge For 1200 mm as carrier pipe

Insertion of 600 mm internal dia sewer carrier NP3 pipe by providing roller arrangement for smooth insertion and anchoring of pipe through out the length with HDPE spacers to avoid contact of carrier pipe including cutting jointing as per IS 5382-1985 inter trenches in complete include cost of all special like bends Tees , required during laying of pipe line along required alignment including providing concrete block 1:1.5:3 on both and to plug the annular space between casing and carrier pipe complete in all respect.

( DI pipe will be provided by Department)

Manufacturing supplying , laying and jointing with welding of M.S casing pipe 1000 mm dia (10 mm thick ) nominal diameter fabricated as per I.S 3589 from steel plate confirming to I.S. 2062 and as per Divisional plan No. Sr. DEN 08/2016 at specified level as shown in the drawing below ground by pushing method. This will include all labor and material , consumable items fuel etc. What so ever required for the works as per drawing viz Mechanical excavation, filling and excavation the inside earth from the pipe, making of driving pits required etc. as per direction of Engineer incharge for pipe pushing without disruption of traffic or up heap at top level of embankment , welding of joints as leak proof which will be tested 100% radio graphically as per IS 1182 inside surface of pipe shall be painted with high built epoxy as per RDSO specifications No. M and C/ PCN/111/88 to a dry film thickness of 250 micron and outer surface of casing pipe will be coated with polyethylene tape system necessary test certificate and other test will be carried out by the agency’s or contractor at his own cost as per the direction of Engineer Incharge. It also includes lighting arrangement during nigh hours. All such arrangement / items which are not listed also be entire satisfaction of Engineer Incharge . Nothing shall be paid extra on any account for compacting this job. Cost of 1000 mm dia M.S. pipe and earth work included in this items.
