Supply and laying XLPE LT Cable of size 16 Sqmm, 2 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)
Supply and filling Local sand cushioning , with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR–Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For measurement purpose puned thickness shall be measured and paid i.e 18cm.)
Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore for protection of cable or earthing lead wire under hardstanding/fixed along poles/wall, laid in in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing/laying in replacement GI tubing, light grade, 15 mm bore for protection of cable or earthing lead wire under hardstanding/fixed along poles/wall, laid in in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep single phase, 230 volts 50 Hz double ball bearing energy efficiant having of BEE Hb Plus 5 star rating including electrical connection with round twin core flexible copper multi stranded cable white in colour of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make - Usha / Bajaj / Khaitan / Orient / Crompton
Material & labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall with saddles or chases or buried in ground/drawn in conduit for loop earthing, down condductor etc. or any other indicated situation as required by using 4mm dia GI wire between test point to DB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos- 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, CI cover 10mm thick hanged to CFI frame, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
