Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for by machine/power hammer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Demolition material thrown away from the drfence land and rate of loading , unloading and transporation cost of demolition material deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for Broken stone or boulder Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-bases, or paving etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hardstanding of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound 'grade A' complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Make of Sealing compound Grdae 'A' is ShailTex of M/S STP limited, MARUTI SEAL BS of Ms Maruti Bitumen and equivalent in M/s Fosroc, M/s Sika

M&L for forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler & top 30mm primed & sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' conforming to IS 1834 making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, thickness of concrete slab 150 mm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Make of Sealing compound Grdae 'A' is ShailTex of M/S STP limited, MARUTI SEAL BS of Ms Maruti Bitumen and equivalent in M/s Fosroc, M/s Sika

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed PCC pre-painted interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry,including dismantalling tiles of any thickness laid dry complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The copy of PV of paver block shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment. (ii) The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificate at the time of sample approval. IF the Paver block is not of make listed in PS, the GE shall carry out sample approval of any ISI marked Paver block subject to independednt Testing of block. (the cost of independednt testing shall be borne by the contractor).

M&L for sand filling under sub base including watering and consolidating as in cushioning bed for interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-bases, sub-floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick pre-painted chequered cement concrete tiles set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments including 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolishion of kerb stone complete all specified and directed. Note:- (i) The copy of PV of kerb stone shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) of (Fe 410 W Gde E-250) channels, Angle square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe of dia 600 mm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for Slabs supported on walls, manhole covers, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10 mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc complete & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE for all: (i) The copy of Purchase Voucher shall be forwarded to Office of Accepting Officer at the time of Technical Check. The payment shall only be made after submission of PV by the contractor and de-facing by the Engr-in-Charge after verification. If any PV is not submitted, the payment may be deducted.
