S/R to Aydurvedic Dispensary at Jadupur in the District of Kendrapara for the year 2025-2026

Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rocks and boulder requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc., complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23cum (9") thick including watering and ramming with the cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/4") size clean hard granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in basement using F.A. bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Superstructure

2.5 cm Damp proof course with Cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size CBHG chips including watering and curing cost and conveyance royality taxes etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curring with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of 9"/10" thick brick walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing Cement paint two coats including cost of cement paint of approved shade, cost, conveyance and taxes of all labour, T&P required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fitting wall tiles in dado skriting and riser of step on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed woth neat ith all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting, fixing up window ( sliding type) made up aluminium Section 9778 as windows frame , section No 4095 , 4096 and 9777,3904 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black Glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including cost of materilals T&P T & P hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc complete as per direction Engineer in-charge

Providing fitting, fixing 5mm thick Black Glass including cost of materials T&P etc. including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials royalties taxes and cost of indigo glue with T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Grill Gate and collapsible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls in proper position including making holes in walls R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structures including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with R.C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm (1/2" to 3/4") (20mm not to exceed 25%) with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, taxes and royalties with all T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pis with all lead & lifts, transporting to site by Mechanical means within a lead of 5 km, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement of Table 300.2 and clause 305 of MOSRT&H tec. as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
