Scarifying existing granular surface to adepth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification Clause 301.4, Mechanical means

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Removing all types of Hume pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000 m including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works as per Technical Specification Clause 202., Above 600 mm dia to 900 mm dia Hume pipe

Cleaning & desilting of road side drain/cross drain by mechanical means with adequate road safety measures by providing caution board/sefety ribbons/proper lighting ifnecessary etc. without damaging the footpath/slalb/road surface including immediate disposal of the semi solid silt/garbages etc complete as per Technical Specification & sa directed.

Granular Sub -base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in place method, Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. ii ) For Grading II Material

WBM Grading 3 Using stone sceening Type- B 11.2mm for Gr. III, Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means.

Cold milling of bituminous surface up to the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under laying layers to proper line and level as directed by Deptt.

Prime Coat: Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat :Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (A) With 60/70 or VG -30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (A) With 60/70 or VG -30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal size)

Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and sisposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. A Manual Means, upto 3 m depth

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Providing and laying of dry rubble flooring complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 1303.3

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.), PCC Grade M-15

Stone masonry work in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical sopecifications clause 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 as directed by Deptt.

Loading and unloading of stone aggregates for Stone masonry work as directed by Deptt.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 (i) Sandy materials

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 With Crushed stone (IV) RCC Grade 20 (i) For height upto 5 m

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT( Fe-500 D) bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause,. (a) With other make ISI marked TMT rebar Secondary Producer

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 With Crushed stone (IV) PCC Grade 20 (i) For height upto 5 m

Dismantling of structure 'Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202, Cement Concrete

Providing steel RS Joist/Built Up Steel section for manhole cover including cutting, welding, rivetting, hoisting, fixing in position for composite girders with shear connectors complete with painting as per drawing & technical specification clause 1205.6.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface ( Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications)

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, Old work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litr/10 Sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, One or more coat on old work.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701
