Material and labour in repairs for 18 mm thick solid HDHMR board with 0.9- 1.20mm thick sunmica laminated sheet both side of two different colours (colour finish) as in kitchen cabinet shutter, joints to form cabinet by means of Adhesive solvent and fixed using self-tapping Aluminium screws, including bedding, providing & fixing of stainless steel piano hinges suitable for 18/19 mm HDHMR Board (minimum of 02 Nos for each leaf) to hold cabinet shutter, stainless steel silver chrome door handle 100 mm long (01 No for each leaf of shutter) and door catcher (01 No for each leaf), complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted unit rates are inclusive of PVC board, handles, hinges screws, door catcher and adhesive etc.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof projection ceiling etc including repairing of broken portion up to 6m height and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/paver block and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone shall be laid in one piesce for treads and risers for step, window cills and moulding/rounding of edge properly.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and include 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3.,complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based modified 5 layered prefabricated water proofing polymeric memberane 3mm thick over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plastered surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.30Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weighting 3.0 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 170 gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg sqm and as per manufacturer instruction and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface using water proofing compund as per manufacturer instruction surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2kg per sq mtr but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches are n.exc 70mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified.
