SITC of LED illumination sign board with frame of size 25 meter X 1.2 meter height with MS square pipe structure 1" X 1" X 3 MM thick in Cargo having illuminated LED sign inscription in of 304 grade stainless trim letters with projection of 50mm background with box thickness of 70 mm to 100 mm with galvanised iron sheet in rear with letter fixed on ACP background in sheet of 3mm thick of approved colour as shown in the drawing with suitable illumination and clear night visibility. The letter/logo should be fixed by anchor fastener such that the load of the letter/logo will be transfer to the wall instead of ACP. The dimension of all letter should have equal height of 400 mm in tri lingual Tamil, Hindi, English along with AAICLAS logo as per drawing attached in tender documents. The illumination source shall be LED modules and shall have a power not less than 1.5 Watts per LED of Philips/Nichia/Cree/Osram/ Sharp make including DC power converter/driver with necessary connectors/card units, Wiring for connection to achive the required illumination level suitable for 230V, 50 Hz AC supply which shall be IP 68 protected with all internal wiring, Connectors and Timer Panel etc., Complete as required at site. including transportation charges with structural and civil work fixing on terrace/parapet wall/warehouse roofing.
