Removing existing false ceiling and fabrication, Erection and laying of 15 mm silhoutte 38H black grid system manufactured by M/s Armstrong world industries (india) Pvt Ltd or equivalent using hot dipped galvanized steel section exposed surface chemically cleaned capping prefinished in backed polyester paint wall angle of size 19x19x3000mm used in periphery of the ceiling fixed to the wall/partition/RCC column/ band walls with the help of screws at 600 mm c/c. main runner of size 300x15mmx38H suspended at 1200 mm c/c by using armstrong suspension systems hanger wire securely fixed to the structural soffit of RCC slab by using 6mm fastener with Hook clip for level adjustment at every 1200mm(Max) and 1200mm long cross tee of size 15mmx38H to be interlocked between inmain runner at 600mm c/c(Max) to form grid of 1200x600mm .600 mm long cross teesize 15mmx38H fixed in between 1200 mm long cross tee for forming a grid of 600x600mm and finally laying Armstrong GI Lay in Plain Microlook edge 600x600x0.5mm

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 2.2 mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (LG Emenite or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Duniop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required , rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.
