Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, plinth protection etc. finished even & fair without using extra cement complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick,water and rammed to a surface complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work/pcc block masonry, built in cement mortar complete as specified and as directed.

M & L Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 using type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering in cement mortar 1:4 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface using WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 200mm dia SGSW pipes set in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded granite/ trap stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) set in cement mortar 1:4 including form work all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT bars, 8 to 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

S &F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips of Fe-410-W(Gde. E-250) quality-A or Fe 290(Gde-E-165) all as specified.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipes of 150 mm internal dia, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required
