REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND REWINDING OF CEILING FANS/ EXHAUST FANS, ELECTRICAL HOT WATER APPARATUS (GEYSERS) AND ALL ACCESSORIES AT RMS.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or foot taking credit(credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc ,complete as directed.

M&L point wiring with, two single core, 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) size multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) size solid copper conductor cable using colour code as phase , Neutral and as Earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, 1100 volts grade ,PVC insulated, unsheathed cable drawn through and including PVC casing capping and PVCrectangular box alongwith 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover with all fittings and fixing materials for one 5 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board point controlled by one no one way switch all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano, flush type, 5Amp, single pole, one way white colour conforming to IS and/or as approved by GE,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F fan regulator electronic step type, 230V 50Hz ,conforming to IS as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Modular fan regulator stepped type, 120 W, 2 module, as approved by GE, including taking down the old one complete all as specified and as directed. (Make-Legrand crabtree/L&T/Schneider)

S&F MCB, SP, 6 to 32 Amps rating ,240 volts grade , " C" curve , conforming to IS as approved by GE, including taking down the old one, complete all as specified and directed .(Make : Legrand/Schneider/L&T)

S & F for Sheet metal enclosure SPN with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed (Make : Legrand/Schneider/L&T)

S&F Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core, 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade multi-stranded, copper conductor cables FRLS , drawn through and including PVC casing caping of size 25 mm wide, 1.2 mm thick, PVC board with all fitting including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity wire including taking down old UNSV wiring ,complete as specified and directed. (Note : Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one run length)

Dismantling and taking out burnt copper winding from ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep ,any make, model, type and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of similar gauge and number of turns as exists for full speed including cleaning and greasing of bearing/bushes, taping, varnishing, heating and replacement of defective parts and reassembling of fan motor and refixing/ rehanging the fan after testing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (Note:-Spare parts as necessary shall be measured and paid under respective items here in after).

Taking down ceiling fan of any sweep, model and make and preparation of old painted surface of fan by using chemicals, wire bush, etc to make smooth surface and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) by spray painting similar to existing colour of the ceiling fan, motor, blades (set of 3), down rod etc including re-wiriting the MES Number with black paint and rehanging /refixing the fan to its original position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down Exhaust fan of any sweep, model and make and preparation of old painted surface of fan by using chemicals, wire bush, etc to make smooth surface and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) by spray painting similar to existing colour of the ceiling fan, motor, blades (set of 3), down rod etc including re-wiriting the MES Number with black paint and refixing the fan to its original position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Preparation of old painted surface of storage type water heater (Geyser) of 25/35/50 ltrs capacity, any make, vertical or horizontal type by using chemicals, wire bush, etc to make smooth surface and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) by spray painting similar to existing colour of the Geyser etc including re-wiriting the MES Number with black paint complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of storage type water heater (Geyser) of 25/35/50 ltrs capacity, any make, vertical or horizontal type, mounted on wall by disconnecting electric and water supply connection and keeping the same in safe custody for carrying out necessary repair/replacement of unserviceable parts/components including descaling of the geyser tank by using proper liquid chemical and re-assambling , refixing the same all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Items required for renewal shall be measured and paid seprately under respective itme here-in- after as supply only).

Supply only Rubber washer for fixing the apparatus plate to inner container suitable to existing storage type water heater of same make and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore steel water tube medium grade galvanized iron with all fittings and fixed to walls, floors etc as required for water supply connection of geyser complete all as specified and as directed (Make:-TATA /JINDAL/NEZONE (NTL)/BANSAL)

S&F Gun metal non return valve 15 mm dia both end threaded (ISI Marked),including taking down the old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of geysers any type and size/make , (inside only) without damaging internal surface, removing deposits sticky matters adhering internal surface and washing internally with clean water complete ,all as specified and directed .

M&L for wall fastener of size 150mm long, 8mm dia with double washers grouting in wall and making good disturbed surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) for fixing water heater after removing the existing unserviceable nuts /bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bib tap, 15 mm bore , screwed for iron pipe for brass ferrule ,fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE:- Prayag Cat No 7306 or equivalent of make Cera/Hindware/ Century)
