Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

As per Karnataka State Government order No. LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and G.No. PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted welfare fund

Conditional Tenders will not be accepted.

The tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate of civil works workdone certificate25% of amount put to tender in the prescribed format from the competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District level Officer) and scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file Certificate/ Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of Bids for physical verification.

Financial year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and thirty first day of March inclusive

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

Tenderer shall note that the tenderers those found Eligible to the conditions mentioned in Section-3 Qualification Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) will only be considered for further evaluation.

All materials required for this work, shall be procured by the Tenderer himself and should be got tested by the quality control authorities, at his own cost before use on the work.

All the items includes with all Leads and Lifts, Loading and Unloading, Cost of materials, Labour, HOM of machineries as per Standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work and other incidental items which are necessary for the successful completion of the work.

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal.

The tendered shall scan the original ownership document/ lease / hire committment Agreement scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Technical Bid & copies attested by Notary/Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be submitted for records.

Certificate of living in Karnataka for past ten years issued by the component authority for which document as to be uploaded along with tender

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty charges, GST and all taxes on Construction materials and other taxes as applicable.

The Project Completion Period is 4 Months including rainy season

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity ( A x N x5 - B )
