Fault attending and Repairing of Free Cooling Exhaust Fan units at various BTS / Telephone Exchange sites under Bhubaneswar BA.

Attending the faults of free cooling exhaust fans at different Telephone Exchange / Mobile BTS sites on need basis, checking, teting and fault finding, rectification of minor faults (without spares), dismantling the faulty exhaust fans if required and taking it to the repairing shop for repairing, transportation of new/spare exhaust fans to site, re-installation of repaired/spare exhaust fans , connection, testing etc. as required.

Distance up to and including 25Kms

Distance more than 25Kms and up to and including 50 Kms

Distance more than 50 Km and up to and including 100 Kms

Rewinding of the 380mm 1500 rpm 230 volts heavy duty Exhaust fans by superior quality insulated copper winding wire i/c heat varnishing, reassembling, testing and greasing the ball bearings etc. complete as required.(The dismantled winding wires may be retained by the Contractor.The rewound exhaust fans may be fitted at other desired locations or may be kept at Sub Division offices for utilisation as per site requirements).

Replacement of the burnt out Exhaust fan motors only by new one of 380mm /15" heavy duty 1400 RPM, capacitor start and run type, continuously rated, totally enclosed and ruggedly built type motor having pre lubricated double ball bearing with Class "A" and "E" insulation suitable for operation on 230 volts single phase 50 HZ AC supply, connection and testing etc. complete as required. (make: Almonard model – 380/15” H/D). (The dismantled burnt-out motor may be retained by the agency)

Replacement of faulty, burnt out and unserviceable exhaust fans by new one of a complete set 380mm /15" heavy duty 1400 RPM Exhaust Fans having maximum free air delivering capacity not less than 3250 m3/ hour (1910 CFM) and maximum sound level not more than 60-65 db. with a capacitor start and run type, continuously rated, totally enclosed and ruggedly built motor having pre-lubricated double ball bearing with Class "A" and "E" insulation suitable for operation on 230 volts single phase 50 HZ AC supply with features for smooth & silent operation to deliver the maximum output at lower operating cost. The impeller of the Exhaust Fan is to be propeller type and both hub and impeller are to be dynamically balances and frames and arms mounted on rubber bushing so that, vibration are virtually eliminated etc. complete as required.(Make- Almonard HD (ISI) or similar superior)

Replacement of burnout wires and cables by new ones of following sizes PVC Insulated, PVC sheathed Industrial grade copper conductor flexible cable 1100 Volt with copper lugs/sockets for interconnections in existing panel/Bus bar/DBs, for fittings and fans connection, testing etc. as required. (Make: Finolex/Polycab/L&T/Havells/ISI)

3core X 1.5 sqmm

Supply and fixing of 2 Amps, C- Series, 240 volts, 50 Hz, 10 KA SP MCB in existing MCBDB for exhaust fan protection i/c connection, testing etc. as required.
