Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) anysection, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Demolition of Brickwork or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/disintegrated each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m and making good surface.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L Providing precast cement of Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 concrete louvres and jallies,35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling & mass concrete.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block(Type B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate ) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plasteringcomplete all as specified and directed.
