PHASE-I: FIRST YEAR

Mechanised Maintaining the Cleanness of Escalators of vertical rise height of 6mtr/10.5mtr, Travellators and Elevators (inner walls, ceiling, floor & door movement track) in all the terminals of Chennai Airport daily including Sundays and Holidays using automated machine with eco-friendly non-corrosive chemicals having corrosion inhibitor i/c manual cleaning of balustrades, landing plates etc. as required and as per special conditions of contract and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Maintaining the Cleanliness of one no. escalator/travellator/ elevator for one month shall be treated as 1 job. The manpower details and detailed scope of work will be as per SCC. The quoted rate is exclusive of GST, EPF & Bonus).

Maintaining the Cleanness of Passenger Boarding Bridge interior & exterior by mechanical & manual means by using suitable cleaning materials on daily basis including Sundays & Holidays as per special conditions of contract and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Maintaining the Cleanliness of one no. Passenger Boarding Bridge for one month shall be treated as 1 job.The manpower details and details scope of work will be as per SCC. The quoted rate is exclusive of GST, EPF & Bonus).

Monitoring the smooth & safe operation of 6.0mtr/10.5mtr height Escalators and Travellator in all the terminals of Chennai Airport on round the clock basis in three shifts including sundays & holidays as per special conditions of contract and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Monitoring One No. location for one month shall be treated as 1 job. The manpower details and detailed scope of work will be as per SCC. The quoted rate is exclusive of GST, EPF & Bonus).

Providing the 03 Nos. Lift Technicians (for handling lifts of all makes and rescuing passengers entrapped if any) and 02 Nos. Supervisors in each shift on round the clock basis on all days including Sundays and Holidays and as per special conditions of contract and including 01 No. Document Writer, 01 No. LMV Driver (Vehicle and Fuel provided by AAI) & 01 No lift Technician in General shift on all days excluding Sundays and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The manpower details and details scope of work will be as per SCC. The quoted rate is exclusive of GST, EPF & Bonus).

Obtaining Lift / Escalator Insurance from the Registered Insurance company as required and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (The quoted rate is exclusive of GST).

Obtaining Lift License from the Lift Licensing Authority i.e.,Govt. of Tamil Nadu by applying three months prior to the date of expiry of the licence, as required and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (The quoted rate is exclusive of GST).

Obtaining Escalator License from the Licensing Authority i.e., Govt. of Tamil Nadu as per the statutory rules and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (The quoted rate is exclusive of GST).

Providing man power to attend any urgent / emergency work etc., as and when required as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The quoted rate is exclusive of GST, EPF & Bonus).

Providing and fixing of Etched Stainless-Steel name plates with lacquer coating (name & colour decided by AAI) for all Elevators in the customized sizes as required and as per directions of Engineer-in Charge. (The quoted rate is exclusive of GST).

Providing and fixing of customized Poly Vinyl Sticker for all Lifts/Escalator/Travellator/Conveyor/PBB and other locations as required and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The quoted rate is exclusive of GST).

Providing and fixing of Polyvinyl chloride sheet flooring of thickness 2mm (vinyl flooring) and sticking with rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent of approved pattern and colour including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg after cleaning the surface etc., and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge. (The quoted rate is exclusive of GST).

All Inclusive Comprehensive maintenance Contract for Standalone type electronic weighing scales at Chennai Airport, which shall include monthly visit for carrying out preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance as and when required for a period of one year including repair/replacement of all defective spares including load cell, display unit etc. with minimum down time etc. as per Special conditions of contract and complete as required. (Note: Maintenance of One No. Standalone Weighing Scale for one month shall be treated as 1 job. The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST.)

Obtaining Stamping and Certificate of verification of the following weighing machines from the Department of Legal Metrology, Govt. of Tamil Nadu as per the existing legal metrology norms applicable for electronic weighing machines inculding service charges,Conveyance fee and all other applicable charges. (The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST.)

Supply of 300 kgs Capacity, Platform type Standalone Electronic Weighing machine complete with all accessories such as Load Cell, SS platform(Size Min 800 mm X 800 mm), model approved by the Govt. including initial stamping and certificate of calibration by the Legal Metrological Dept.,transportation,testing and commissioning etc. as required (Make Essae Model-SI810 Low Profile or M/s Leotronic Model -EPS 301 or equivalent in any of Govt approved make) as and when required. (The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST)

PHASE-II: SECOND YEAR
