Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered/RCC surfaces making surfaces completely dry and applying roof treatment consisting of coat of cold bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/Sqm and laying of Asian Paints Smartcare APP water proofing membrane with polyster sheet reinforced( 3mm thick) not less than 3.00Kg/Sqm black colour 2 side polyethylene film for protection, non woven polyester fleece reinforment over bitumen primer complete all as per manufacturers instruction. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall included for necessary over lap on sides & ends as specified. (ii) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (iii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. if contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (iv) Bitumen shall be procured from IOCL/BPCL/HPCL

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale,sludge mud algee,and dirt from water storage tank exc 250 and not exc 500 ltrs capacity and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, writing date of cleaning in pattern (DD/MM/YYY) in words with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.
